One day not so long ago, Pete decided to escape the chain that was placed around his neck and found his way to our bakery.  He was very stressed, hungry, exhausted, and very, very skinny.

It was immediately clear that he had been away from his former home for quite some time.  We tried our best to find his owners, but after several weeks, there were no replies.  So, we adopted Skinny Pete and gave him his forever home. 

After cleaning him up and making him feel loved, we still had one huge problem.  Skinny Pete was under nourished and super skinny.  He looked and felt terrible.  We fed him traditional dog foot, but it just wasn’t enough.  That’s when we decided to create a special dog cookie just for him!  And, boy did Pete LOVE these cookies.  He ate and ate them – and then begged for more.  

These days, Skinny Pete isn’t so skinny any more.  He’s happy, healthy and loved.   Now Pete and our bakery are on a mission to share his special doggy treats with as many doggy friends as we can to help spread the love and deliciousness!
